Profile/Abstract:
Pui-Mun is a faculty member in the School of Business, SIM University. He is the Head of Program for Business Analytics and also Management Studies. Besides managing the academic programmes, teaching and doing research, he regularly provides management consultant services in the area of business performance improvements to industries as well as conducts executive seminars for numerous major organizations.

He was a member of the Board of Assessors for the Singapore Quality Award for four years. His current research interests include organization-wide quality management, service quality, customer relation management, and business process improvement. He has published more than 40 articles in research journals and refereed conference proceedings.
