Abstract:
This talk gets participants to think about the impact of learning through a notion called Return-On-Education (ROE). The notion of ROE comes from U21Global’s experience of partnering with large, global corporations who look at education programmes as an investment in human capital that is expected to deliver a positive return. In much the same way, it is useful for all educators to think about the impact of learning, from high-level learning objectives, through to the design of learning activities that are intended to meet those objectives. The talk shares U21Global’s overall experience of working with large corporations, particularly in the design of online programs for senior executives and managers.
